Originally from California, Marenda moved to Florida in 2016 with a determination to build a life centered around art, growth, and community. What started as a step into the tattoo world quickly turned into a lifelong passion.

Over the past decade, Marenda has dedicated herself to learning every aspect of the industry. Beginning with piercing and spending nearly nine years apprenticing under experienced artists. She developed a deep respect for the craft, the responsibility that comes with tattooing, and the meaningful connections it creates between artist and client.

Now tattooing professionally for the past year, Marenda approaches every piece as both an artistic opportunity and a personal collaboration. She believes tattoos are more than just art on skin—they’re stories, milestones, and symbols of personal journeys. Because of that, she places a strong focus on creating a comfortable, stress-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and inspired.

Marenda enjoys exploring a variety of tattoo styles as she continues to refine her craft, believing that growth as an artist never truly stops. Her love for learning, combined with her genuine care for the people she works with, has allowed her to build lasting relationships with many of her clients.

As the founder of Divinely Ink’d, Marenda’s vision is simple: create a space where art, authenticity, and community come together. Whether it’s someone’s first tattoo or the next piece in their collection, she strives to make every experience meaningful.

At Divinely Ink’d, clients aren’t just customers—they are part of the story.

Perception: The power they took, I reclaimed

Author: Marenda Donham (Mama Bear)

Some women are shaped by their past. Others are forged in it.
Marenda Jene's story is not one of easy victories or perfect healing.
It is the story of a woman who walked through abuse, betrayal, loss, and manipulation-and refused to let it define her.
From a turbulent beginning in California to rebuilding her life in Florida.
Marenda found an unexpected path through the world of tattooing-where pain became art, scars became stories, and survival became strength.
Through it all, she learned one truth:
Not everyone you lose is meant to be kept.
And not everything you're told is real.

The power they took...she reclaimed
